Loading User Data

FlexNet Manager Suite 2020 R1 (On-Premises)

Before you attempt to load data from an SAP Enterprise Portal system, ensure that all prerequisites are met. For more information, see Prerequisites for Reading Data from an SAP Enterprise Portal System.

You first need to load user data from an SAP Enterprise Portal to display the data in the SAP Admin module.

To load user data from an SAP Enterprise Portal:

1. In the Main menu of the SAP Admin module, select Portal and then Load Portal User.
2. Specify the RFC destination of the SAP Enterprise Portal from which you want to load user data.
3. Click Execute or press F8.
