Some secured Resources may be partitioned.
Partitions are used to grant rights to one part of a Resource
excluding other parts, for example limiting rights so that the
operator can access only certain distribution servers,
organizational units, or areas in the software library.
There are three types of partitioning, defined by entries in this table.
