Changes to the Flexera license refresh period

FlexNet Manager Suite version 2019 R2

Many features and functions provided by FlexNet Manager Suite are governed by the terms of your Flexera license. These terms are stored in a cache to improve the performance of FlexNet Manager Suite. Previously this cache was maintained for a duration of 5 minutes before the license terms were re-read from the license file and the cache updated. This duration has now been changed from 5 minutes to 1 hour. This means that if you apply a new Flexera license file to FlexNet Manager Suite, it may take up to 1 hour for any license term changes to take affect in the product. (If you cannot wait for that automatic refresh, a workaround is to close the web browser displaying FlexNet Manager Suite, and restart Microsoft IIS before opening FlexNet Manager Suite again. In this cycle, the cache is cleared, and then recreated/reread for the restart.)
