SAP license position calculation
Improvements to the method used to calculate your SAP license position and/or your license position simulation enable you to continue using the FlexNet Manager for SAP Applications user interface while the calculation is running.
In previous versions of FlexNet Manager for SAP Applications, when you were running a calculation, the user interface prevented you from using FlexNet Manager for SAP Applications until after the calculation was completed.
The new method performs the calculation in the background using the batch processor. Now when you choose to run the calculation a message displays notifying you that a license position calculation is in progress and another message displays notifying you when the calculation is completed.
