Deleting User Data

You can delete user data from an SAP Enterprise Portal if it is no longer required.

To delete user data from an SAP Enterprise Portal:

  1. In the Main menu of the SAP Admin module, select Portal and then Display Portal User.
  2. Specify the RFC destination of the SAP Enterprise Portal from which you want to display data. If you do not select any other options, all available user data displays.
  3. You can specify ranges by entering values into the fields UID Name, First Name, and Name. You can use wildcards (*). The fields are case sensitive.
  4. Select the Delete Data option.
  5. Click Execute or press F8.
