Issue: Pending disabled functionality

FlexNet Manager Suite 2020 R2 (On-Premises)

Problem

Creation of new computer records, whether manually in FlexNet Manager Suite or automatically from imported computer inventories, will be disabled in 30 days or less, as shown in the original alert.

Cause

Either (or both) of the following:

• The number of active computers (excluding 'Remote Devices') recorded in your inventory now exceeds the number authorized by your FlexNet Manager Suite license.
• Where servers are separately licensed, the number of active servers recorded in your inventory now exceeds the number authorized by your FlexNet Manager Suite license.

To review the list of currently active servers, navigate to the system menu ( in the top right corner) > FlexNet Manager Suite License and click the Number of servers managed link.

Fix

Either:

• Contact your Flexera representative to purchase a license extension
• Reduce the number of active computers in your FlexNet Manager Suite records
• Where servers are separately licensed, reduce the number of active servers in your FlexNet Manager Suite records.
