Shared content folder added to Flexera Analytics

Flexera Analytics provides new avenues of collaboration, as all Flexera Analytics users now have access to a new Shared Content folder (under the Team content folder).

A new role, Analytics Explorer, has been added to grant write access to the Shared Content folder and allows operators with Analytics Explorer role privileges to schedule reports and any actions they could do previously within the My content folder, they can now also do within the Shared Content folder. Operators belonging to the Analytics User role have read-only access to the Shared Content folder and are not able to write into or delete from the Shared Content folder, nor use the scheduling feature.

Important: Edit access also provides the ability to delete any content within the Shared Content folder. All Flexera Analytics operators with Analytics Explorer role privileges should be careful when deleting, making sure that the content is not still required by other operators.

The naming convention of this folder is Shared Content - Tenant name (where Tenant name is your company name as it appears in the license file).
