ReconcileIBMLicenseServiceProductData Table

A staging table which holds all of the data collected from the IBM Licensing Service during reconcile for products which is bulk copied to IBMLicenseServiceProductData.

Note: To cater for multi-tenant mode, this table may contain data for multiple tenants. Access requires that the database TenantID has been set in the SQL Server connection context information. That setting filters an underlying table to produce this view of data for the single, selected tenant.

`Date`	Type: date. Key The date associated with the peak consumption.
`ProductName`	Type: text (max 512 characters). Key The name of the product.
`ProductID`	Type: text (max 512 characters) The ID of the product.
`MetricName`	Type: text (max 512 characters) The type of metric that is being represented.
`MetricQuantity`	Type: integer The metric quantity after product to Cloud Pak consumption ratio has been applied.
`ClusterID`	Type: integer. Key The ClusterID associated with the licence data.
