Displaying the SAP System Users
An SAP system's users list is available for SAP Admin module systems, dependent SAP systems, and independent SAP systems. It shows the user data, roles, and consumption data of the system's users.
The Users grid is populated after the SAP Inventory Agent has been executed. It is located on the SAP System: name page and contains the following details (use the option to display the fields you require).

| User Name |
The user ID of the user on the remote system. |
| First Name |
The first name of the user on the remote system. |
| Last Name |
The last name of the user on the remote system. |
| License Type | The license type that is currently assigned to the user. |
| Number of Roles |
The number of roles that are currently allocated to the user. If the number is blue, you can click on it to see which roles are allocated to the user. |
| Valid From | The start date of the user's validity period. |
| Valid To | The end date of the user's validity period. |
| User Type |
The user type of the user. |
| User Group | The group to which the user belongs. |
| Last Logon Date |
The date when the user last logged on to the SAP system. |
| Developer |
Indicates whether the user currently has a developer license.
Note: This field is currently not supported for S/4HANA
systems.

The user's creation date. |
| Account No. |
The accounting number of the user. |
| Assign. To Special Version |
The user's special version, if the user has been assigned one. |
| Chargeable Client |
The two-character ID of the chargeable user's system client. |
| Chargeable System ID |
The three-character ID of the chargeable user's system. |
| Chargeable User Name |
The user name of another user who is representing this user. |
| Company Name 1 |
The company name 1 of the user. |
| Company Name 2 |
The company name 2 of the user. |
| Cost Center |
The user's cost center. |
| Country Surcharge |
The user's country surcharge, if the user has been assigned one. |
| Division |
The user's division. |

The email address of the user on the system on which the user was identified. |

| Locked Status |
Indicates whether the user is currently locked. Possible values:

| Max. Multiple Logon |
The maximum number of simultaneous multiple logons that the user had in the specified period. |
| No. Multiple Logon |
Displays how often the user was logged on multiple times in the specified period. |
| Representative From Date |
The start date of the period during which this user is representing another user. |
| Representative To Date |
The end date of the period during which this user is representing another user. |
| Tel. Extension |
The user's phone extension. |
| Tel. Number |
The user's phone number. |
