Oracle WebLogic Server inventory evidence

As part of the continuous improvement of software evidence gathered and recognized, the OracleFMW evidence type also matches various editions of Oracle WebLogic Server, a major element within the Oracle Fusion Middleware family of products.

Currently this functionality does not rely on any update to the Application Recognition Library (ARL), although in future, recognition rules for further versions and editions of WebLogic Server will be delivered through the ARL as usual.
