Filter Builder Options

FlexNet Manager Suite 2023 R1 (On-Premises)

You can create complex filters using the Filter Builder options.

The options available by clicking a logic rule (such as And or Or) are as follows.

Option	Description
And	The following (child) rules must all be satisfied.
Or	A grid item will be displayed if it satisfies any of the following (child) rules.
Not And	The results are opposite from And—items satisfying all the child rules are excluded, and everything else is displayed.
Not Or	The results are opposite from Or—items satisfying any of the child rules are excluded, and everything else is displayed.
Add Group	Inserts a new logic rule (defaulting to And) as a child of this one. You can nest multiple levels of groups.
Add Condition	Inserts a new statement with default values under this logic rule. Identical to clicking the + symbol to the right of this logic rule.
Remove	Delete this logic rule and all its children from the filter. There is no warning confirmation, and no undo. If you remove all content from the filter, a new logic rule (defaulting to And) appears as a starting point for your next creation.
