Access Levels for System Landscapes

Use this table to determine the access level of specific accounts for each security section of the system landscape in which you are currently working.

Table 1. Access levels for system landscapes

Section	Access Level	Definition
License Position	No Access	Account has no access to the License Position section.
	Read-Only	Account rights only allow to view license position data.
	Normal	Account rights allow to view and recalculate the license position, and make recommendations available to the SAP Admin module.
	Administrator	Account rights allow to view and recalculate the license position, make recommendations available to the SAP Admin module, and delete archived recommendation sets.
Optimization	No Access	Account has no access to the Optimization section.
	Read-Only	Account rights only allow to view rules and transaction profiles.
	Normal	Account rights allow to view, create, and modify rules and transaction profiles, and run simulations.
	Administrator	Account rights allow to view, create, modify, and delete rules and transaction profiles, and run simulations.
Analysis Tools	No Access	Account has no access to the Analysis Tools section.
	Full Access	Account rights only allow to view analysis results.
Configuration	No Access	Account has no access to the Configuration section.
	Read-Only	Account rights only allow to view system landscapes and systems.
	Normal	Account rights allow to view, create, and modify system landscapes and systems.
	Administrator	Account rights allow to view, create, modify, and delete system landscapes and systems.
