Including Ignored Evidence in Application Recognition

FlexNet Manager Suite 2023 R1 (On-Premises)

You can add the file or installation evidence you chose to ignore back into the application recognition process.

To include ignored evidence in application recognition:

1. Click either License Compliance > Ignored Evidence or License Compliance > All Evidence.
2. Click the appropriate evidence tab.
3. Select an evidence record.
   Tip: If you navigated to the All Evidence page, select a record with Yes displayed in the Ignored column.
4. Click Recover.

On the All Evidence page, No displays in the Ignored column. If you clicked Recover on the Ignored Evidence page, the evidence record gets moved to either the Installer evidence or File evidence tab of the All Evidence page, depending on its type.
