Ignoring Alerts

FlexNet Manager Suite 2023 R1 (On-Premises)

You can ignore the alerts associated with an inventory device. Once all the alerts associated with this device are ignored, FlexNet Manager Suite moves the device record out of the Inventory Issues page. You can re-enable the ignored or hidden alerts. To ignore an alert:

1. Click the device name link on the Inventory Issues page.
   The Inventory Device Properties page displays.
2. In the Possible issues for this device section, an eye icon displays for every alert associated with this inventory device.
3. Click the eye icon to ignore or hide the alert.
   FlexNet Manager Suite disables the alert.
4. Click Save.
   The alert associated with the device is ignored until you open the device properties and click the eye icon to re-enable it.
