Creating Users

You need to create users and assign the relevant authorizations.

To create the users:

1. In the SAP Admin module, create a user and assign the role /LICMAN/ADMIN_MODULE. For information about the authorizations in this role, see Role /LICMAN/ADMIN_MODULE.
2. On each dependent SAP system, create a user for the communication between the SAP Admin module and the SAP system. Assign the role /LICMAN/SATELLITE to each of these users. For information about the authorizations in this role, see Role /LICMAN/SATELLITE.
3. On each independent SAP system, create a user and assign the role /LICMAN/SATELLITE to read inventory data via the SAP Inventory Agent. For information about the authorizations in this role, see Role /LICMAN/SATELLITE
