Users List

The users list of a non-SAP system shows the user data, roles, and consumption data that were imported from the remote system. The users list is located on the non-SAP system's details page and contains the following details (use the Advanced > Choose Fields option to display all fields you require).

User Name

The user ID of the user on the remote system.

First Name

The first name of the user on the remote system.

Last Name

The last name of the user on the remote system.

License Type

The license type that is currently assigned to the user.

Number of Roles

The number of roles that are currently allocated to the user.

If the number is blue, you can click on it to see which roles are allocated to the user.

Valid from

The start date of the user's validity period.

Valid to

The end date of the user's validity period.

User Type

The user type of the user.

User Group

The group to which the user belongs.

Last Logon Date

The date when the user last logged on to the SAP system.

Developer

Indicates whether the user currently has a developer license.

Note: This field is currently not supported for S/4HANA systems.

Account No.

The accounting number of the user.

Company Name 1

The company name 1 of the user.

Company Name 2

The company name 2 of the user.

Cost Center

The user's cost center.

Division

The user's division.

Email

The email address of the user on the system on which the user was identified.

Tel. Extension

The user's phone extension.

Tel. Number

The user's phone number.
