People from outside your enterprise are listed here but not linked to any user records for your enterprise. Users from within your enterprise display a hyperlink to their user properties.

Editable in the Assigned field in Ownership tab of the inventory device properties.

Only available for Microsoft User CAL, and SaaS User licenses.
