IBM RU (license type)

Resource Unit (RU) is a unit of measure by which the software can be licensed. Resource Unit is an independent measure of a resource managed by, processed by, or related to the use of the software. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained to cover every resource managed by, processed by, or related to the use of the software.
