Installing the Flexera Integration Application from the ServiceNow Store

The steps in this section provide steps for a first time install of the
integration application for ServiceNow. If you have previously installed an earlier
version of the integration using an update set, instead refer to the knowledge
article Upgrading ServiceNow Integration Application
Using an Update Set in the Flexera Community
(login required).
Important: New customers installing the Flexera
Integration app for the first time to a ServiceNow instance running the
Yokohama release must update the Client
Secret in the Application Registry
records after installation. For details, see Post-Installation
Client Secret Update for New Customers on the ServiceNow Yokohama
Release. (Existing customers do not have this
requirement.)
To install the integration application for ServiceNow from the ServiceNow store:

New customers who are running the ServiceNow Yokohama release must take a few additional steps after installing to ensure proper operation of the Flexera Integration app. These steps update the Client Secret in the Application Registry records.
Existing Flexera Integration app users and customers not yet running the Yokohama release of ServiceNow need not complete these steps.
To update the Flexera Integration App’s Client Secret in the Application Registry:
