Use OAuth2 credentials for ServiceNow integration

You can now export FlexNet Manager Suite data to ServiceNow using your ServiceNow OAuth2 application credentials, Client ID and Client Secret, ensuring a seamless and secure integration.

Previously, FlexNet Manager Suite did not support custom credentials for ServiceNow exports, preventing users from leveraging their existing ServiceNow OAuth2 configurations.

With this release, you can now use custom ServiceNow credentials to export FlexNet Manager Suite data.

To support this enhancement, a new checkbox titled Use custom credentials has been added to the Integrations tab on the FlexNet Manager Suite Settings General page.
