Changes to How Technopedia Software Products are Represented

In versions of the Flexera Integration app prior to 5.0.625, Technopedia products in ServiceNow are represented without some of the richer detail native to Technopedia

Additional columns and changes have been introduced to allow for additional detail and granularity. The Flexera Product Revision field has been introduced as a means to demarcate new records that provide this additional detail and level of granularity when available. The changes add the Product Component field, which contains the component name as well as concatenate the product name with the actual component for additional clarity.
