Import Properties

The Import Properties page lets you configure the import properties. This page is accessible from Flexera Integration > Import Configuration > Import Properties.

The following table provides descriptions of the properties on the Import Properties page.

Setting/Property	Description
Adding companies	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to add companies data into the ServiceNow Company table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from adding companies data into ServiceNow.
Updating companies	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to update existing companies data in the ServiceNow Company table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from updating companies data.
Adding computers	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to add computers data into the ServiceNow Computer table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from adding computers data into ServiceNow. Note: This setting is not used when IRE is enabled.
Updating computers	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to update existing computers data in the ServiceNow Computer table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from updating computers data. Note: This setting is not used when IRE is enabled.
Adding disks	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to add disks data into the ServiceNow Disk table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from adding disks data into ServiceNow. Note: This setting is not used when IRE is enabled.
Updating disks	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to update existing disks data in the ServiceNow Disk table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from updating disks data. Note: This setting is not used when IRE is enabled.
Adding network adapters	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to add network adapters data into the ServiceNow Network Adapter table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from adding network adapters data into ServiceNow.
Updating network adapters	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to update existing network adapters data in the ServiceNow Network Adapter table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from updating network adapters data. Note: This setting is not used when IRE is enabled.
Adding software instances	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to add software instances data into the ServiceNow Software Instance table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from adding software instances data into ServiceNow.
Adding Flexera companies	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to add Flexera companies data into the ServiceNow Flexera Company table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from adding Flexera companies data into ServiceNow.
Updating software instances	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to update existing software instances data in the ServiceNow Software Instance table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from updating software instances data.
Updating Flexera companies	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to update existing Flexera companies data in the ServiceNow Flexera Company table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from updating Flexera companies data.
Adding Virtual machines	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to add virtual machines data into the ServiceNow Virtual Machine Instance table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from adding virtual machines data into ServiceNow.
Updating virtual machines	Choose Yes to allow Flexera to update existing virtual machines data in the ServiceNow Virtual Machine Instance table; or choose No to prevent Flexera from updating virtual machines data.
