Package Automation Support for Custom Distribution System

A custom distribution system can be configured in the Application Manager to publish applications to an Endpoint Management System that is not out-of-the-box supported by AdminStudio. The Publish action in the Automation Workflows now supports configuring a custom distribution system for publishing applications.
