Evaluating the Client Tools in the Limited Edition for LANDesk Management Suite
There are several additional guidelines that are followed when evaluating the AdminStudio client tools in the Limited Edition for LANDesk Management Suite:

AdminStudio Client Tools Available During Evaluation: Typical or Custom
The tools available to you during the evaluation period depends upon the selection you made on the Setup Type panel of the AdminStudio Limited Edition for LANDesk Management Suite installation:
The choice that you make on the Setup Type panel affects the tools that are available to you if you choose to evaluate the product:
| • | Typical—If you choose this option, only the tools included in this Limited Edition are installed. Therefore, during the evaluation period, only those tools are available. |
| • | Complete—If you choose this option, all of the AdminStudio Enterprise Edition client tools are installed. This enables you to evaluate all of these tools during your 45-day evaluation period. After the evaluation period ends and you enter your AdminStudio Limited Edition for LANDesk Management Suite activation code, only those tools included in the Limited Edition will be available to you. |
Server Connection Not Required During Evaluation Period
After you activate AdminStudio Limited Edition for LANDesk Management Suite, it can only be used when the LANDesk Management Suite is already installed. However, in evaluation mode, there is no LANDesk Management Suite Server connection requirement.
