Custom Detection Script Panel
On the Custom detection script panel, you select the script file.
If there is Script Detection method with PowerShell along with other detection methods with supported operators, then Script detection method will be copied and other detection methods will be ignored.
If there is Script Detection method with VBS or JS along with other detection methods with supported operators, then detection methods with supported operators will be copied and Script type will be ignored.
If there are no existing Detection Methods present in the base package and there is a Custom Detection Script is configured under Options > Import Options > Application Model Defaults, then that script will be added to intunewin packages that are converted from EXE.
If there are no existing Detection Methods present in the base package and the Custom Detection Script is not configured under Options > Import Options > Application Model Defaults, then the default Custom Detection Script will be added to intunewin packages that are converted from EXE.

Run script as 32-bit process on 64-bit clients |
Select this option if you want to run the script in a 32-bit process on 64-bit clients. Unselect to run the script in a 64-bit process on 64-bit clients. 32-bit clients run the script in a 32-bit process. By default this option will be unselected. |
Enforce script signature check and run script silently |
Select this option if you want to verify that the script is signed by a trusted publisher, which will allow the script to run with no warnings or prompts displayed. The script will run unblocked. Unselect to run the script with end-user confirmation without signature verification. By default this option will be unselected. |
