Adding ConfigMgr Deployments
To add ConfigMgr deployments for the specified application, perform the following steps.
To add ConfigMgr deployments:

Select an application in the tree. The Home Application View opens. |

Click the ConfigMgr Deployments tab. |
|

In the General panel, specify the following: |
|
•
|
The Software property is non-editable and cannot be modified. By default, the selected application name will be displayed. |
|
•
|
In the Server Connection Name property, select the required connection from the drop down list. |
|
•
|
In the Collections property: |
|
•
|
Click the Browse button. The Select Collection dialog box appears. |
|
•
|
Choose the desired collection, either User Collections or Device Collections, from the drop down list. |
|
•
|
Select the required collection from the list or enter keywords in the Collection text box, and then click Search button to display matching entries in the grid. Select the desired collection(s) from the list. |
|
•
|
Click the Clear button to remove the matching entries. |
|
•
|
After selecting, click OK to close the dialog box. |
|

Click Next. The Content panel appears. |
|
7.
|
In the Content panel, select the required content destination by checking the respective check box. |
Note:Multiple sections are allowed.
|

Click Next. The Deployment Settings panel appears. |
|

In the Deployment Settings panel, specify the following: |

•
|
The Actions property is non-editable and cannot be modified. By default, the Install action will be selected. |
|
•
|
In the Purpose property select one of the following: |
|
•
|
Available— If you select this option, the application will be available on the end-user machine, and installation can be performed manually if required. |
|
•
|
Required— If you select this option, the application will be installed automatically without user intervention if silent switches are available. |
|

Click Next. The User Experience panel appears. |
|

|
In the User Experience panel, select one of the notification type from the User Notification drop down. |
|

|
Display in Software Center and show all notifications— If you select this option, users will see the application in Software Center and receive all deployment notifications. |
|
•
|
Display in Software Center, and only show notifications for computer restarts— If you select this option, users will see the application in Software Center but will receive only restart notifications. |
|
12.
|
Click Next. The Summary panel appears. |
|
13.
|
The Summary panel displays a summary of all settings configured in the previous panels. Review the information about the selected options. |
|
15.
|
Upon successful completion, the newly added deployment will be listed in the ConfigMgr Deployments grid. |
