Background
Support for the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) cascading style sheet (CSS) standard has improved in each new release of Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer 11 and later are compliant with CSS 2.1 and supports a significant number of CSS 3 features.
Resolution
The web application should be re-engineered by migrating to supported CSS features.
