Message:	Error -4315 controlling virtual machine: Failed to send command to VM
Cause:	There was a network error sending a command from the host machine to the Guest Agent on the virtual machine.
Resolution:	To resolve this error, try the following: • Ensure that the virtual machine has access to the network and is visible to/accessible from the host machine (if it is running on a different computer). • Verify that the Guest Agent running on the virtual machine has not crashed. • Update the Guest Agent on the virtual machine by running the latest version of the Virtual Machine Preparation Tool (VMCfg.exe) and taking a new snapshot.
