AdminStudio Inventory and Rationalization 2015
When you select Categories Report on the Report menu, the Categories Report opens. The Categories Report lists the number of applications in each of the Action categories for each software category.
Categories Report
The Categories Report includes the following properties:

Select a project from the list to view its category details. |

Category |
Application category (network application, utility, development, etc.) The default list of software categories is taken from the United Nations Standard Products and Services Code standard (http://www.unspsc.org/). |

No. of Apps |
Number of applications in that category in the selected project. |

No Action |
Number of applications in that category in the selected project that have been assigned the No Action action. |
|
Research |
Number of applications in that category in the selected project that have been assigned the Research action. |
|
Retire |
Number of applications in that category in the selected project that have been assigned the Retire action. |
|
Upgrade |
Number of applications in that category in the selected project that have been assigned the Upgrade action. |
|
Retain |
Number of applications in that category in the selected project that have been assigned the Retain action. |
