Project Details Report

AdminStudio Inventory and Rationalization 2015

When you select Project Details Report on the Report menu, the Project Details Report opens. The Project Details Report lists the applications in the selected project, along with the application’s selected action and the percentage complete of the application’s workflow.

Select a project from this list to view its details.

Selected Action

Select an action from this list to filter it by action, or select All to list all actions.

Publisher

Publisher of the application.

Name

Name of the application.

Version

Version of the application.

Selected Action

Action that has been assigned to this application in the selected project. The action can be one of the following:

Upgrade—All users of this application (in the specified scope) will be upgraded to this version.
Retain—In current environment, keep this product version (take no action). In new environment, prepare this application version for deployment in new environment.
No Action—This product version will not be prepared for deployment in new environment.
Research—Research is still being performed in order to decide what action to take for this product version.
Retire—Uninstall this product version from the current environment. If you are upgrading users to a newer version, enter that version number in the Notes column.

Progress

Lists the percentage complete of the application’s associated workflow.
