AdminStudio Inventory and Rationalization 2015 | Rationalization Manager
After you have assigned a Action to each application on the Step 2: Select Actions to Rationalize Applications panel of the Rationalization Wizard, you are prompted to click the Start Workflow button on this panel to launch a workflow that will prepare the application for deployment.
Step 3: Start Application Readiness Workflows
The Start Application Readiness Workflows page includes the following properties:

Publisher |
Name of the manufacturer of this application. |
Product |
General product name of the application (without version indicator). |
Version |
Version of application. |
Application Name |
Specific name of application with a version indicator. |
Classification |
Classification category of application, as described in Classification. |
Selected Action |
Action that was selected for this application on the Step 2: Select Actions to Rationalize Applications panel of the wizard. |
Workflow Status |
If you have chosen the Retain or Upgrade action for an application, a Start Workflow button is listed in this column. Click Start Workflow to launch the workflow, which will open in a new window. After you have started the workflow, the button changes to In Progress. You can then view the workflow by clicking the In Progress button on this page or by selecting View Workflows on the Rationalize menu. |
Workflow Progress |
Lists the percentage complete of the application’s associated workflow. |
