Viewing the Progress of Rationalization Project Workflows

There are several options for viewing the progress of rationalization project workflows.

Rationalization Wizard

You can view the progress of workflows launched from a rationalization project by opening the rationalization project and viewing the progress percentage that is displayed in the Workflow Progress column. You can also click the In Progress button to open up the Workflow Request page for that workflow.

Workflow Request Page

You can view the progress of a workflow request by selecting View Workflows on the Rationalize menu to open the All Workflow Requests page, and then clicking on a workflow request name to open it in the Workflow Request page.

In the sample Workflow Request page above, the workflow is currently in Phase 3 (which is highlighted in white), Step 3; Validate against standards and best practice (which is highlighted with a white arrow). Completed phases are displayed with a dark gray background.

Reports

You can also view workflow request progress in Dashboard reports and reports on the Reports menu. For more information, see:
