To access App Broker Cloud APIs in the ServiceNow instance and fulfill the self-service capabilities, the App Broker admin user has to generate the refresh token by performing the following steps.
Log in to App Broker Cloud using your email and password.

Click Username on right top corner of the page.

Click User Settings from the menu to access the user profile details.
5.
On the left menu, click API Credentials node to view the API Credentials page.
6.
Click the CREATE API REFRESH TOKEN button to generate the refresh token.
7.
Copy the refresh token to a secure location.
Note:This generated refresh token is used when configuring App Broker Cloud API access in ServiceNow and also during App Broker Cloud Proxy installation.
