Imported Users and Computers

When configuring App Portal, you need to specify which users and groups can view and modify settings on the various App Portal views. You add users and groups and assign permissions to them on the Admin Security view of the Admin tab, as described in Managing Admin and Catalog Permissions.

You can also view a list of the users, computers, and user-computer relationships that have been imported into App Portal on the Imported Users and Computers views, and a list of all users who have unlicensed software installed.

To access these views, select either Users, Computers, User Computer Relationships, or Users Exceeding Licenses under Site Management > Imported Users and Computers.
