Support for ServiceNow New York and Orlando Versions

App Portal now includes support for ServiceNow versions New York and Orlando. Customers upgrading from previous version of ServiceNow to either the New York or Orlando version can use all the capabilities on these newer versions.

Note:Please add the following roles to the basic integration user in the newer version of ServiceNow (New York and Orlando):

Asset—Adding this role is required to provide the list of computers assigned to the user. The end user will also require this role, apart from basic integration user.
ITIL—Adding this role is required to update request status back in ServiceNow.
