Start deployment using API?

When a request is submitted, if a catalog item does not require an approval, App Portal automatically triggers the deployment. However, if you have integrated App Portal with an ITSM system and you want to perform approvals using that system, you would not want the catalog item to be deployed until the external approval was performed.

In this situation, you would select the Start deployment using API? option to delay deployment until a response from the ITSM system would trigger the deployment via App Portal’s API.

Send failure email?

App Portal will send an email to the Site Administrator when the Advertisement fails on a client.

Send success email?

App Portal will send an email to the client when the Advertisement succeeds on a client.
