The SLA Dashboard lists statistics on both deployment progress and catalog items awaiting action.
SLA Dashboard
Deployment Progress Area
The SLA Dashboard lists statistics on deployment progress in the following categories:
• | Successful deployments |
• | Pending deployments |
• | Failed deployments |
• | Rejected deployments |
• | Deployments waiting approval for more than n days |
Catalog Breakdown Area
The Catalog Breakdown area lists the percentage of catalog items that are awaiting outside action:
• | Requiring approval |
• | Awaiting action in external system |
You can click on any of the cards to view a list of the requests that fall into that category.
Viewing the SLA Dashboard
To view the SLA Dashboard, perform the following steps.
To view the SLA Dashboard:
1. | Set your desired dashboard options, as described in Setting Global Dashboard Options. |
2. | Open the Dashboard tab and select SLA Dashboard. |
3. | Choose time frame you would like to view statistics for by making selections from the Start Date and End Date lists, and then click Apply. |
4. | Click on any of the cards to view a list of the requests that fall into that category. |
