Submitting a Request

After all required information has been submitted, the Submit Request panel opens, listing a summary of this request. If a catalog item requires approval, a description of the approval process for that catalog item is listed in the table.

To complete the submission of a request, perform the following steps.

To complete the submission of a request:

1. Proceed through the Checkout Wizard, as described in Checking Out, until the Submit Request panel is displayed, with a summary of the catalog items that will be requested, along with the target machine and user names. If approval is required for a catalog item, a summary of the approval process will be listed in the Action column of the table.

2. Click Submit. The request is processed, and the Request Complete panel opens, displaying an order number.

3. You can then either click View Status to view this request on the My Requests tab, or click Continue Shopping to create another request.
