Workspace ONE UEM Tab

With App Portal, you can deliver a universal enterprise app store: both desktop and mobile applications together. You can connect App Portal to an Workspace ONE UEM server and create catalog items for Apple iOS and Google Android mobile apps, both internal and public store. This gives you license compliance, deployment automation, and control.

You specify Workspace ONE UEM settings on the Deployment > Workspace ONE UEM subtab of the Settings view, which is opened by selecting Settings under Site Management on the Admin tab.

Note:Users and from Workspace ONE UEM will be synced to App Portal during the normal sync process.

The Workspace ONE UEM tab includes the following properties:

Workspace ONE UEM URL

Enter the URL to your instance of Workspace ONE UEM.

User Name

Enter the User Name to your Workspace ONE UEM instance.

Password

Enter the Password to your Workspace ONE UEM instance.

API Key

Enter the key that was provided to you by Workspace ONE UEM.

Test

Click to test connection settings. If successful, the following message is displayed:

Workspace ONE UEM Server settings are valid.

Success status values

Failure status values

When App Portal publishes a request to Workspace ONE UEM, Workspace ONE UEM returns a status message to indicate success or failure of the deployment:

Success—Workspace ONE UEM returns Installed or Managed.
Failure—Workspace ONE UEM returns NotInstalled.

If, at some future time, Workspace ONE UEM changes their status messages to something different, you can update these values.

If you enter new values, enter the values in pipe-delimited format, such as:

Installed|Managed
