Support for ServiceNow Quebec and Rome Versions

App Portal now includes support for the ServiceNow Quebec and Rome versions. Customers upgrading from previous versions of ServiceNow to Quebec or Rome versions can use the capabilities on these newer versions.

Note:Add the following roles to the basic integration user in the newer version of ServiceNow (Quebec and Rome):

Asset—Adding this role is required to provide the list of computers assigned to the user. The end user will also require this role, apart from basic integration user.
ITIL-Adding this role is required to update request status back in ServiceNow.
