Default Question Templates
When App Portal is installed, several default Question Templates are created. The following table lists those default question templates and their purpose.

Associate with a Software catalog item to prompt the end user to provide information when requesting that catalog item. |

Non-Catalog Item |
Associate with a non-catalog item to prompt the end user to provide the information necessary to obtain a software or hardware asset that is not listed in the App Portal catalog. |

Alert Action Catalog Item |

Associate with an Alert Action catalog item to prompt the user to enter information when they choose to keep an unused application. |

ProofOfPurchaseTemplate |
Associate with an Alert Action catalog item to prompt the user to provide proof of purchase of an installed application. |

UninstallationWithNoProgramTemplate |
Associate with an Alert Action catalog item to prompt the end user to explain why the application (without a program template) should be uninstalled. |
