Localizing Questions and Answers
In addition to localizing the App Portal user interface and notification / email text, you can also localize the questions and answers that you associate with catalog item requests. This localization can be done on the Question Localization and Answer Localization views under Site Management > Questions.
Note:When localizing questions and answers, it is not possible to add bold, underline, or any other formatting options to the text.
To localize questions and answers:

Under Site Management > Questions, select Question Localization. The Question Localization view opens. |

From the Select Language list, select the activated language that you want to translate the questions for. The existing questions (and each question’s pop-up description) are listed. |

Enter the translated text for the selected language in the Translation columns. |

Under Site Management > Questions, select Answer Localization. The Answer Localization view opens. |

From the Select Language list, select the activated language that you want to translate the answers for. The existing answers for each question are listed. |

7.

In the Translation column, enter the translated text for each answer. |
