Support Jamf Cloud Integration

On the Site Management > Settings > Deployment view, a new Jamf Cloud tab has been introduced. With this update, you can now connect App Portal to Jamf Cloud and create catalog items for OS X desktop applications. This gives end user self-service capability for mac applications and further deployment automation and control.
