Support for ServiceNow Vancouver
App Portal now includes support for the Vancouver version of ServiceNow. Customers upgrading from previous versions of ServiceNow to the Vancouver version can use the capabilities on the new version.
Note:Add the following roles to the basic integration user in the newer version of ServiceNow (Vancouver):
• | Asset-Adding this role is required to provide the list of computers assigned to the user. The end user will also require this role, apart from basic integration user. |
• | ITIL-Adding this role is required to update request status back in ServiceNow. |
