App Portal / App Broker for ServiceNow 2016
The Error Log view under Site Management > Logs lists all errors generated by the system. You can view and sort these error messages on this view.
Error Log View
On the Error Log view, you also have the following options:
• | Clear Log—Click to clear the error list, deleting all error messages. |
• | Save Logs—Click to compress and save the logs for uploading to the Flexera Software Support website. The compressed file will be created in Exports\AppPortalLogs.zip. |
