App Portal / App Broker for ServiceNow 2016 | New Catalog Item Wizard
On the SCCM 2012 Applications panel of the New Catalog Item Wizard, which opens if you select SCCM 2012 and then Application on the Software Source panel, you select the SCCM 2012 application that you want to add to this catalog item.

To increase performance, App Portal initially loads only a specified number of applications into this list. It loads the number of applications specified in the Maximum package records to load from SCCM/Altiris field on the Admin > Settings > Web Site > General tab. This value is, by default, 100.
Therefore, to search the entire SCCM 2012 server for a specific application, you need to use the App ID, Manufacturer, Name, and Version column filters.
Click on the application that you want to associate with this catalog item and click Next.
