App Portal / App Broker for ServiceNow 2016
In App Portal, you use the Question Manager to create questions, then group those questions into question templates using the Template Manager. Asking the appropriate questions for a request allows you to gather the appropriate data to make informed approval decisions.
Question Manager View
Questions are defined on the Question Properties Dialog Box. To add a question, click Add Question. To edit an existing question, double-click on it.
