App Portal / App Broker for ServiceNow 2016 | Settings > Cloud Apps
If you integrate App Portal with a cloud application, App Portal will be able to include a catalog item that, when checked out on the Browse Catalog tab, will automatically create an account in that cloud application for the requester. The requester will then receive an email that includes account login details.
App Portal provides out-of-the-box support for three cloud applications: Box, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office 365. App Portal will automatically create the following three “cloud application” catalog items.
Out-of-the-Box Cloud Catalog Items
To enable this feature, you need to connect App Portal to these cloud applications on the Site Management > Settings > Cloud Apps view.
Important • Because some of the settings need to be stored locally, when you enter cloud application connection settings, you must be on the machine where App Portal is installed.
Obtaining the Credentials
Your first step in enabling App Portal support for cloud applications is to create a custom cloud application for your organization on the cloud application vendor’s website. You will obtain the credentials and end points required to integrate App Portal with that cloud application. For information, see the following sites:

Then, after you enter the initial connection settings on one of the these tabs, you will need to generate an access token and then generate default operations.
