Customizing Email Notifications for a Catalog Item

On the Notifications tab, you can specify custom notifications to replace the default notifications for different actions.

You can edit a custom notification message by double-clicking on the notification in this list and entering your custom message. The standard variables apply for custom messages.

You can edit each email as described in Editing Notification Email Templates and Messages .
