App Portal / App Broker for ServiceNow 2016
On the Catalog Management > Catalog > Alert Action view, you can delete an alert action and, simultaneously, its associated Alert Action catalog item (if no alerts exist for that Alert Action catalog item).
To delete an alert action:
| 1. | Open the Catalog Management > Catalog > Alert Action view. |
| 2. | Double-click the alert action that you want to delete. The Alert Action Properties dialog box opens. |
| 3. | Click Delete. The alert action and its mapped Alert Action catalog item are deleted. |
